Nice design, and nice drawing.

Of the design, I won't adjoin that deeply into the shaft discussion, but noticing only that the mass-production wisdom of navies like USN that could do 1000 or so these level craft hardly fit for smaller navies, where such boats could actually present rather state-of-the-art sophistication. A heavy ASW gear as we see here, speaks for that sort of state, and therefore I would suggest trying to aim the best possible performance considering the role of the ship...

My only actuall guestion would be indeed, is this ship intended to patrol what exactly? An escort for long oceanic journeys or general workhorse in the Agean sea acrhipelagos?
If later, I would personally leave the ASW to just some DC,s and add minerails, possibly even full minesweeping gear for proper fleet-Minesweeping role like the German M-class vessels (it seems to be generally agreed among german, finnish and Soviet sources that i've observed that for the battles that took place in Baltic during WWII, the German M-1935 type heavy armed minesweeper/escort was the most well suited vessel. )
Atleast, I would try to get seccond 4 inch gun to the game, since two guns means more targets to be engaged in close-combat melee between coastal installations, small-craft allsorts and aircrafts.

In that era most of these vessels probably would patrol in northen Ionian Sea and Otranto Straits, since te threat were from the West (Italy). Every possible configuration is useful, from ASW ("submarine hunter") to minelaying/minesweeper, split to several types (or interchange for the mission).
