Challenge accepted! I'll do the Soviet version as done in the link above, and then I'll take a crack at NATO. It may take a while though, as the Tirpitz drawing I'm using is quite detailed.

As far as a believable scenario, I saw another what-if where Bismarck topped off in Norway and was able to escape destruction in May 1941. Surviving the Channel Dash, she basically finished the war in the same manner as Tirpitz, but they both survived in the fjords. After the war, Bismarck was given to either US or UK, and Tirpitz to USSR. During the Cold War, the Soviets modernized Tirpitz and gave her to the East German Navy, and NATO responded in kind by giving Bismarck to the West German Navy.
