Mk112i is fictional, and was a joke, as for the the SPG-60, for the ESSM.

New masts, lattice this time, looks better actually.

mk 95 is perfectly capable to direct ESSM. due to software and other minor upgrades the directors grew with the missiles, IIRC.
the new mast, coming from the spruance, looks kinda huge to me xD may I suggest using one from the perry, or from one of the alternate perry's I made (DG/Perry, DG/export, dutch perry come to mind)
this also makes that you do not have to use the additional line of credits
also, when you keep using that spruance mast, you have to take a look at the dates of the mast, as the top mast differs over time and equipment as it is aligned with the ECM. you also lack TACAN btw.

take a look at the latest perry drawings: that is indeed the size it has. but, seeing that the perry is an single prop ship and most other ships of that size are duals, you see that she moves 2 times as much water..... making that size quite logical.

Ok using the stats provided in this thread, I ran this ship through Harpoon, and well I like it as a replacement for the Bronstien and Garcia classes of frigates. I would have no doubt been a reasonable follow on under the Zumwalt's Plan 70. Like the O. H. Perry class FFG these frigates would have been a low cost design that were obviously modular in construction.

That said, like most low cost warships, this ship would be a one trick wonder. Not quite powerful enough to stand a spot in a surface action group, but for an escort she is a wonderful design.

I don't think man would have been built though, because Plan 70 was more geared to providing a cheap escort to provide AAW for the convoys that would be under their protection. This ship would be doing the same job that was being done by the Knox class. Its a great design though, and it fights well in Harpoon.

I would like to keep her in my database if you don't mind. I think I will eventually try to see how she handles in Fleet Command. But, I will have to use a OHP model, but I am more interested in the attributes of the weapons and electronics here for the simulation. Just to point out something here....hull number should be 1099 if she is going to be a USN frigate.... this would have place in sequence to the Knox class of frigate. I think in my games database I am going to have twelve listed as planned for one on one replacements for the the two Bronsien and the ten Garcia class frigates.

I like how these frigates fight
