Interesting...everything from the funnel forward screams 'Bismarck and Tirpitz', while the space between the aft turrets says 'Kongo'. I can't decide which one. Nice work! Is there ever going to be an official history for this AU? I'm dying to read it!

Indeed, an interesting what-if and plausible, but I think a top-view might help to fit everything in because the 105mm mounts and the HA rangefinders aft look a little crammed in and I'm not sure there's that much deckspace.
