why not try and cut down (even dictators can run out of cash to spend of vanity projects ).

may I suggest,
Main shore bombardment guns - 2 80cm (2X1) maybe limited traverse like 18inch on HMS General Wolfe between funnels such as modern harpoon launchers ?
Main Ant ship guns 8 15 inch (4x2) Bismarck style ?
Heavy DP guns 20 12.8cm (10x2) 5 each side copy US battleships ?
Light AA 5.5cm or 3cm as many as can fit ?

you might get a much smaller ship ?

Perhaps start by drawing a new ship, about the size of your A turret. Just a little minesweeper, seaplane carrier, destroyer escort, whatever you like. Start smaller. 100m class small.

I'd try and remove at least 1 calibre from that,

and few hundred thousand tons

I would raise the bridge maybe 250 ft so that you can have Line of sight clearance of the Bow for your bridge watch standers.

I think you are trying to fit the sketch. We all know that was a pipe dream. I would try to make this as close as the original sketch. After that then start doing modifications that you think might improve the the pipe dream. for know it is looking closer to the sketch as each time.

One argument, for us with expensive net, can the image size (whitespace) be reduced
