Just a word of warning, it is incredibly AU. I should know I've been looking into the thing for the past two years.
Oops, I am a fan of the AU Sea Eagle based on the F-15E. That AU Sea Eagle appeared as an addon to a flight simulator I was playing, and I liked it. Here is a possible configuration of the 'actual' never-built Sea Eagle with reinforced landing gear, F-14-style IRST and FAST packs:
