Ignore the lower ones. I forgot to delete them.
Also, you never use the rafts on the lower side.
The height isn't an issue. I assumed they would use a system like this:

I know the highest they've been installed so far is 20m, but they've conducted successful tests up to 60m.

And no, they wont have to climb on it. You open the doors and pull a lever, this releases the rafts and they roll down, through the doors and over the side, dragging the chute after them. In the end you end up with three liferafts moored outside each other with a chute leading into the innermost one.
According to Viking, you could fill up all three rafts in just under ten minutes.

Riding a 60m (!!!!!) slide has always seemed to me like something that would qualify a fellow a Big Damn Hero (TM).

It's no a slide. I participated in one of those tests and while it's not exactly comfortable, it's not bad either.
Here's a picture that shows how it works

You can even drop an unconscious person down it.

My mother actually works at part time job as a seamstress in a little company that makes those chutes.

Is the C solution ever used in real life? the B solution is very close to what I had before....
atm I am thinking of using what I have now, but only an single line, with stealth covers over it. (a small walkway with the rafts on it, and an wall to shield them at the outside) (so mostly based on the C solution, but stealthier. double lines won't be needed because I have too many liferafts already)

Yup, plenty of civilian ferries out there that have them.
Actually, most civilian ships have them.

This is a slide: [ img ]
Here is a slide show of a chute being deployed.
As you can see they're quite different.

You release the retaining straps and pull a lever and they all roll/slide over the side and inflate.
