Your outer shaft is located lower than inner one. I dont know for sure if this will work or not, but I dont remember seeing such placement on capital ships.

Here she is in three phases of her life.

As built in 1935:

In 1944, after a refit in USA:

In 1955, after a refit in Arsenal de Marinha do Rio de Janeiro. New Bofors L70 cannons and helipad:

In 1965, in her final service (she was phased out in 1989):

In her 1944 refit she received 40 40mm guns in quadruple mounts and the remaining 20mm guns were substituted by 14 twin mounts and two single mounts. She received new directors. In her 1965 refit, all main guns were removed to gave space to a Terrier system, two Seacats quadruple launchers, an ASROC and two new 5' cannons. The original 5' mounts were substited by newer one. For those critics of the American-British weapon mix, I remember the Araguaia destroyer class. They had an H Class British hull and American weapons and super structure design.

You need a 3-D radar for Terrier, e.g SPS-26 or SPS-39.

I used Giuseppe Garibaldi design as a source. I'll look for a space for a SPS-26.

For your consideration, I've reworked a super-Alsace-Class battleship named Normandie:

Displacement:
58,078 t light; 61,284 t standard; 66,776 t normal; 71,169 t full load
Dimensions: Length overall / water x beam x draught
946.48 ft / 918.00 ft x 128.00 ft x 30.00 ft (normal load)
288.49 m / 279.81 m x 39.01 m x 9.14 m
Armament:
12 - 15.00" / 381 mm guns (4x3 guns), 1,687.50lbs / 765.44kg shells.
12 - 5.98" / 152 mm guns in single mounts, 107.15lbs / 48.60kg shells.
16 - 3.94" / 100 mm guns (12 mounts), 30.51lbs / 13.84kg shells.
28 - 1.46" / 37.0 mm guns (16 mounts), 1.55lbs / 0.70kg shells.
14 - 0.98" / 25.0 mm guns in single mounts, 0.48lbs / 0.22kg shells.
Weight of broadside 22,074 lbs / 10,013 kg.

That is splendid, although I find myself wondering about upgunning such a monster beyond 380mm. On the other hand, with the benefit of hindsight, a 15" shell that hits a target is far more valuable than an 18" shell that misses. An emphasis on fire control (or for that matter, on volume of fire) would not be inappropriate.

I particularly like the Yamato-like arrangement of 155mm. I think a uniform battery of 5/38 proved itself to be the most weight- and space-efficient secondary battery of the period, but if you have weight and space to play with, a heavier caliber can be nice.

Does she not need a catapult? I assume the crane and bay aft are for a floatplane.

Normandie most likely was designed with a float plane catapult but given that Richelieu had it's catapult removed by 1944 Normandie probably never had the catapult installed, and the plane bellow-deck plane hanger was converted into a boat well.
