You'd probably be able to swim faster. .....lol

well, those engines are often quite powerful! you need to bring the speed down a bit with a gearbox, but other then that........ this might work! (just googled, currently working on an autonomous boat of 1.5m, which has less engine power then the first drill I found when googling it)
