So, here I will post my drawings. As I draw chaotically and spontaneous, I won't start any systematized alternative universe. Just a random designs in this topic.
Lets start.

Superheavy cuiser of Proletary class.
Total displacement: 27 500 tons.
Length, beam and draught: 261,3 m/28 m/8 m
Main battery: 4x2 240 mm/50 guns, 175 shells per gun
Secondary battery: 6x2 130 mm/50 dual purpose guns, 200 shells per gun
Special weapons: 2 miniature submarines
Armor: 200...220 mm main belt, 45 mm torpedo bulkheads total, 75 mm armor decks, 305 mm conning towers
Engines: 150 000 ihp (112 000 kW), may be forced to 180 000 ihp
Speed: 33 kts (34,6 kts at full flank speed)
Range: around 8 000 nm at 14 kts

Proletary class consists of two ships:
- Proletary (Пролетарий, meaning "Proletarian")
- Put Rabochikh (Путь рабочих, meaning "The Way of Workers").

That aft cutout would be a structural nightmare. Even without it, I am not sure you have a sufficiently deep hull for such length. Also consider where your shaftlines trace into the hull, and where your turbines will have to be located.

The drawing is reasonably well executed, though.

Machinery: oil fired boilers, 80 000 ihp = 27.56 kts
Range: 6 000 nm at 12 kts

Both of these light battleships are designed as raiding interdictors, trade protectors and coastal "colonial" defenders. Their main purpose is killing cruisers and they are not intended to fight with other battleships.
