Batch 2 will have a little fleet air defense ability, batch 3 will have fleet air defense ability.

nice start. I have some comments on the parts and technical aspects of the design though, which I am not allowed to proceed with until you give a go-ahead for that.

On the aesthetic side, it looks like a smaller version of the South Korean Chungmugong Yi Sun-sin class destroyer.

Because I am a korean, so it is practiced design to me.
