re: the hangar slope, this might explain it: the hangar stops earlier. it looks like an construction to keep the weight lower by spreading the point the load is given trough from structure to hull (making the hull lighter by letting the structure add to the strength, in other words) I cannot think of any other reason for this, it certainly isn't stealth.

I thought it was a stealth feature because the corvette version of the same design, (which doesn't have a hangar) has sort of the same shape back there.

I'll fix those drain holes, which are a bit of an oversight. The RHIB is on the port side--I hate the looks of them, so always banish them out of sight on the other side.

Edit: Ace, you must be right about the shape--looking at that hangar, and all the projections, stealth couldn't have been a consideration! I had to look hard for a moment to determine that there wasn't some kind of damage there!

If it's close enough to cast a shadow, I think the flying house wins initiative.

Bronies are like the Forsworn. Everyone agrees that they are a problem but nobody wants to expend the energy rooting them out.

"That is a very graphic analogy which aids understanding wonderfully while being, strictly speaking, wrong in every possible way."
