Nice, but I have a couple of suggestions:
First, the installation of a large passenger door midships. These doors are used to bring people on and off when the ship is in port. spreading the lifeboats slightly and enlarging the middle door on the promenade should suffice.
Second, cruise ships often have a tender platform on both sides of the hull at the water line:
They let you load and unload small craft without having to winch them up the sides of the ship. Very useful for ports that don't have the docking facilities.
