Looks like the SB-drawing referring to the projectdrawings I know. Awesome peace of work.

Update info:

Underwater hull completed - done
All hinged whiping antennas and whiping antenas reworked and rearranged - done
All restractable devices in laid down positions - done.
Last CCA device (AN/SPS-12) - in progress
LSO-Platform - in progress
Net railings - in progress

I don't make two drawings. It's just a very large one but so can everyone
better see the difference on the starboard side and the port side in one file.
Next upload of the drawing coming soon.

-Michael-

I don't think you need to have a second top view for the drawing and the top view is 'usually' between the starboard and port side.

@ Clonecommander6454:
Hmm... the top view is between the starboard and port side!!
And there's a difference between both top views, that's why!!

It's looking good, but please fill in the area under the forward flight deck.

This is coming along nicely, though I have to say its a very strange design - not having a proper bridge disorientates the eye. Re the guns, I'm assuming you're following the plans that are available, otherwise that bow 3-in looks decidedly vulnerable and I'd question the below decks capacity to service it. That said, top marks shipmate for this project :)

@ Portsmouth Bill:

Thank you.
Yes, it's a very strange design but it's an absolutely unique one. I love this ship.
First drawing I have seen is in one book of Stefan Terzibaschitsch (the "German" Friedman),
"Die Flugzeugträger der US Navy" ("The aircraft carriers of the US Navy").

The airwing. The most sources are talking about 12 to 18 heavy bombers and 54 fighters.
Here's "my" airwing:
2 VF squadrons with 12 F7U-M3 Cutlass - Total: 24
2 VF squadrons with 12 F2H-2 Banshees - Total: 24
1 VFP squadron with 6 F7U-P3 Cutlass - Total: 6

1 VB with 12 AJ1/AJ2 Savage - Total 12
1 VB with 6 P2V-3C Neptune - Total 6

And I want to have them all in blue.

For fighters, I'd suggest the Douglas F4D Skyray, primarily because the F7U was utter crap.
For a sixties air wing, I'd suggest F-4 Phantoms and A-5 Vigilantes.
