thanks for the photos maomatic...whats strange however is that she had that when arrived at norway, then they repainted the baltic stripes, but these blotches were left. if it was just paint they would most likely paint it over.
...also on the photos there is visible shading around it which spilt paint wouldnt do, i believe.
i think these could originate from some refuelling accident. fuel could make these smudges. if so they probably werent able to repaint it since it was oily, so it was left there even after new paint job was done.
