You're right, I did. I'll fix those and update the post. (I was blitzing the final detail run and cleanup to get it done by midnight last night because I thought I was at the deadline, so I was getting some double-vision by that point...) And fixes applied. Thanks for the note, I knew there was some...

Kingdom of Tet Satou, King's preliminary battleship design concept of 1952 "Inadvisable" https://i.imgur.com/5Iw5GB1.png Following World War Two, a rift opened between the Kingdom's Admiralty and the King himself. The admirals, pointing to the recent experience of the Pacific War, were requesting fl...

When the Kingdom of Tet Satou heard very believable rumors that a longtime rival, the Empire of Elbonia, was constructing new, 4000-ton, twelve-knot ironclad warships, it put the government in a bit of a quandry. While they knew that they did not yet have the industrial base or facilities to support...

"With the dawn of the Twentieth Century came the recognition that the Deterrent -class 'armored cruisers' of 1886 were virtually obsolescent as a part of the battle line, and even the Stalwart -class ships of 1896 were starting to be rapidly outclassed by foreign battleships. Thus, it was decided th...

Note to all, I've revised my entry after someone pointed out that I'd screwed up the top view layering of the superstructure (or, more accurately, forgotten to correct it after some major changes in the side view); I took the opportunity to fix a few details I'd missed, as well. As for top views bei...

@keisser: I included sufficient life rafts for 2500 men, if you count them up. @garlicdesign: Ah, that's because the beam in the Springsharp report is at the waterline; with the external belt inclined at 19 degrees, you get a wider beam at the top of the hull. (I tried to even draw in the top of the...

From an alternate universe, where the Kingdom of Tet Satou exists on an archipelago roughly the size of the Philippines, located in the general vicinity of the (real-world) Carolines and Gilberts; the nation rapidly industrialized following Commodore Perry's opening of Japan in 1854 and began buildi...

You also have all mounts raised, worsening the turret weight issue; going by the drawing, you should have only one turret raised on the main battery. The software also is better suited for setting all of the turrets in the area where you have only the forward turrets; simply put one raised and two n...
