I don't think ANY of the current crop of medium caliber guns are particularly effective at sinking anything more than small crafts with their gun(s). just saying, there are some structural concerns before you can get that boat deck you are describing. you already need to reinforce the hull under and the helideck over the boat hatches you have right now already, making it three times bigger would actually make your helideck something like 20 time...
